POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Item(s) may be exchanged but may not be returned for a refund, unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
In the event that damage occurs in transit or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide instructions on how to send return items. Returns must be received back at Yana K within 30 days from the date your order shipped from us.
All exchanges must be received back at Yana K within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us (the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email). For international orders, packages must be received back at Yana K within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us. Exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Securely pack your merchandise and Exchange Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible). You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
