SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

All products are Custom-Made To Order.  Most orders are shipped within 4 business days from the order date.  Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your information due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional business days until we contact you and clarify / confirm payment.  Please note we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Shipping rates are based on UPS or Fedex shipping rates of overnight, 2 day or ground calculated rates based on packaging weight and distance.  We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Oversized or delicate items may require White Glove Delivery. We will contact you with specific shipping rates for these items.  We recommend ground delivery on all orders.  Note we are not responsible for delays by UPS or Fedex due to weather or other uncontrollable similar circumstances.

Your purchases may come in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped that includes tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note for shipments to Canada, taxes and duties are not included in the checkout process and will be charged upon delivery by the carrier. Internationally we will ship to any country but others fees may apply including additional freight, insurance, taxes, brokerage fees and duties.  Standard Air Freight via FedEx or UPS fees will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are Final.  Merchandise may be only exchanged within five days of receipt in the event that product is damaged or defective.  In case of return needed for damage or defective merchandise you may contact us directly for shipping / return process within 5 days or receipt of merchandise.
